يعتمد الروبوت الذي يصنع القذائف هيكل ثلاث (أربع) محطات طاولة دوارة (محطة تحميل وتفريغ ، محطة غمس ، [محطة تنقيط] ، محطة طلاء صنفرة) ، وتعمل المحطات الثلاث (أربع) بشكل مستقل في نفس الوقت. كل محطة لها دوران غلاف القالب ، والتأرجح ، وإجراءات الرفع لضمان الإكمال السلس لعمليات التحميل والتفريغ والغمس [التنقيط] والصنفرة.
في كل مرة يدور فيها القرص الدوار 1/3 (1/4) دائرة ، يتم الانتهاء من عمليات التحميل والتفريغ والغمس [التنقيط] والصب الرملي لقشرتي القالب. تصميم الهيكل هذا أكثر كفاءة بمقدار 3 (4) من الروبوت الذي يصنع الهيكل أحادي الذراع.
